Tradzo Research provides research recommendations, analytics, educational and informational services related to financial markets and other domains. We do not guarantee any specific profit, performance or outcome.
All subscriptions, research reports, model portfolios, advisory packages, screeners, and digital deliverables are non‑refundable once access has been granted, material has been delivered, or the service period has started, except in the limited cases defined in Section 3.
No refunds will be issued due to dissatisfaction with market outcomes, trade results, or perceived quality of research, as markets involve risk and results depend on individual decisions and risk management.
Renewals of ongoing subscriptions are non‑refundable once the new billing cycle has started. If you do not wish to renew, you must cancel before the renewal date through your account or by writing to us at the contact email provided on our website.
Subject to verification, Tradzo Research may, at its sole discretion, process a refund in the following limited cases:
If you are charged more than once for the same service (duplicate payment), the extra amount will be refunded after we verify the transaction details.
If, due to a verified technical issue on our side, you are unable to access any part of the service for a material portion of the subscription period and we are unable to restore access within a reasonable time, we may issue a prorated refund or extend your subscription, at our discretion.
If you believe you are eligible for a refund under Section 3, you must:

Timeframe: Requests should generally be made within 15 days of the issue arising or payment date; requests made after this window may not be considered.
Once we receive all details, we will review your request and inform you by email whether it has been approved or rejected. Approved refunds will normally be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days, subject to payment gateway and bank timelines.
You may cancel future renewals of subscriptions at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current or past billing periods.
Tradzo Research reserves the right to modify, update or replace this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
