These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website tradzo.in (“Platform”) and the research services provided by Tradzo Research (“Company”, “we”, “us”). By accessing the Platform or subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use or access the Platform.

Company — Tradzo Research, a SEBI Registered Research Analyst firm (INH000024675), registered as a partnership firm under the applicable laws of India.

Platform — The website tradzo.in and any associated subdomains or web-based interfaces operated by the Company.

Services — Research recommendations, market analysis, trade alerts, performance data, and related content delivered via the Platform and WhatsApp.

User / You — Any person who accesses, uses, or subscribes to the Platform or Services.

Content — All research reports, trade calls, market analysis, articles, charts, data, and other material published by the Company on the Platform.

Tradzo Research is a SEBI Registered Research Analyst (INH000024675) under SEBI (Research Analyst) Regulations, 2014. Our Services consist exclusively of research recommendations — we do not execute trades, manage portfolios, or accept client funds.

By subscribing to our Services, you acknowledge that:

• Returns in the securities market are subject to market risk. Tradzo does not guarantee any fixed return.
• Research recommendations include defined entry levels, exit targets, and stop-loss levels. It is your sole responsibility to execute trades.
• In the event of no update from our side on an active trade, the levels stated in the original recommendation remain in effect.
• Stop-loss levels are an essential component of any trading strategy. Failure to follow stop-loss levels may lead to significant losses.
• All trade recommendations are based on technical analysis, price action, and macro-technical research. They are theoretical in nature and do not guarantee outcomes.
• Long-term investment views are separately based on fundamental analysis and macroeconomic factors, and should not be conflated with short-term trade calls.

Subscriptions to Tradzo Research Services are offered on a monthly basis. A 2-day grace period is provided between subscription cycles during which you must renew your subscription to maintain uninterrupted access.

Subscription fees are displayed on the Platform at the time of purchase. Tradzo Research does not process card payments directly. Payment instructions will be communicated at the time of subscription.

Subscriptions are non-transferable and are for the personal use of the registered subscriber only.

All Content published on the Platform — including trade calls, research reports, analysis, charts, text, and data — is the intellectual property of Tradzo Research. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Content for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, redistribute, or republish any Content without our prior written consent.
• Resell, sublicence, or share access to the Platform or Services with any third party.
• Use the Content to provide investment advisory or research analyst services to others.
• Represent yourself as an agent or authorised reseller of Tradzo Research.

Tradzo Research uses charts powered by TradingView under a free licensing agreement.

By using the Platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering or subscribing.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
• Not use the Service for any illegal purpose, including insider trading or market manipulation under SEBI (PFUTP) Regulations, 2003.
• Not use the Service to violate SEBI (Research Analyst) Regulations, 2014 or SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013.
• Not carry out actions that disrupt or harm the Platform, including DDoS attacks or data security breaches.
• Not misrepresent your identity or impersonate any other person.
• Confirm that you are legally competent to contract under Indian law (18 years of age or older).

The Platform and its Content are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Tradzo Research does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for purpose of any Content or Service.

The Company expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Your use of the Platform and Services is entirely at your own risk.

Tradzo Research, its partners, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses or damages arising from your use of or reliance on the Platform or Services, including any trading losses incurred.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tradzo Research and its partners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any trading or investment losses arising from acting on our research recommendations.
• Any loss of data, goodwill, or profit arising from use of or inability to access the Platform.
• Any temporary or permanent interruption of Services due to technical issues, maintenance, or events beyond our control.
• Any information obtained from third-party sources referenced or linked on the Platform.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Any claim must be filed within one (1) year of the relevant cause of action arising, unless a shorter period is required by applicable law.

Tradzo Research reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on the Platform with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
